Hi Everyone,
We’re excited to share a new feature we’ve been working hard on that makes it easier than ever to repurpose your designs for different platforms! If you’ve ever received a YouTube thumbnail design from us, for example, and thought, “This looks amazing, but I’d love to have it resized for a Snapchat image or a Facebook post,”—this new feature is exactly what you’ve been waiting for.
Starting December 30, 2024, you’ll be able to order repurposed designs directly from your client dashboard. This new process streamlines everything, saving you time and making it super simple to get designs formatted for multiple platforms.
How to Order a Repurposed Design
Here’s a step-by-step guide to using the new feature:
- Approve Your Design
- Once your original design has been delivered, navigate to your dashboard and approve the design.
2. Access the Repurposed Designs Option
- After approval, a new option will appear in your dashboard labeled “Repurposed Designs.”
3. Select Your Desired Platforms
- Click “Order” under the Repurposed Designs section.
- A menu will appear showing the platforms available (e.g., Facebook, Snapchat).
4. Choose Your Options
- Each selection costs half a credit.
- Select the platforms you’d like your design repurposed for. For example, you can choose a Facebook Post and a Snapchat Image.
- NOTE: If there are formats you want, but we don’t have listed, please select alternative options so that the order can be processed but let us know what platform you’d like us to add in the order comments once you’ve submitted the order.
- “I know I selected Snapchat, but instead of Snapchat I’d like this design to be for Amazon Prime so 1000px by 500px. Can you add this to the list because I plan on ordering this again in the future.” <– You can add something like this to your order comments if needed.
5. Submit Your Order
- Once you’ve made your selections, click “Order.”
- Your account credits will be automatically adjusted, and you’ll receive a confirmation of your order.
6. Wait for Delivery
- The status of your repurposed designs will show as “Design in Progress.” Once completed, you’ll receive your updated designs in the Repurposed Designs section of your dashboard.
A Note About Previous Orders
This feature applies to all new orders placed on or after December 30, 2024. For designs ordered before this date, the manual process will still apply. This means you’ll need to leave a comment on the order indicating that you’d like it repurposed. We’ll then manually deduct the ½ credit and upload the repurposed designs as a revision. In short, if you have an earlier design you’d like repurposed, simply let us know in the order comments, and we’ll be happy to assist as usual.

This new system is designed to save you time and energy by making the repurposing process seamless. Instead of back-and-forth communication, you can order what you need directly from your dashboard in just a few clicks.
